We pay almost $6000 a month for my grandma to live here. We pay for level 5 care which is to be the highest level of care, yet last month we were charged hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars in extra fees because she 'asked for too much help.' This raises the question, when is it too much if you are paying for the highest level of care? At my grandma's age a lot of things become an emergency and it deserves some understanding. If you are directing an elderly care facility you should have empathy on the elderly.
