We felt so very lucky to find Magnolia Crossing! The staff is so kind. We love the sense of a small, caring home, good food, but most of all they are willing to do the things that give the elders a life, like activities, and/or outings most days of the week. It has been interesting for our mother where she had been very bored before. The independence is great (choices) yet we have felt our mother carefully watched and taken care of. We feel we hit the jackpot and the only regret we have is that we did not find Magnolia Crossing sooner. Every home for elders should use this model. I feel so strongly that I hope to go to a place like Magnolia Crossing when my time comes.

Moved my mom who has profound dementia into MC - been almost a month now. Cori was indispendable in helping me thru the process - much of which I had to manage from 200 miles away. The grounds and facilities are top notch. My mom has her own private bathroom which is important and it wasn't an option at 1 of the 2 other places we interviewed at. The transfer to working with Annakaren was seamless. I have visited often for lengthy periods of time. Mom has been treated well by the caring staff and they've been VERY helpful to me as I've furnished mom's room and helped her adjust. It has been a difficult reality putting mom into memory care - MC has been there every step of the way to assist us. Given my mom's condition - we're very happy with MC's processes, staff, and care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Magnolia Crossing has been such an answer to prayer for my mom and family. We were immediately drawn to the beautiful, new buildings that felt so much like home. The staff has shown such loving care towards mom, as though she were family. She has formed close friendships with some of the ladies living there, which is so wonderful to see! As moms needs change, the staff has been great at coming up with a care plan that caters to those changes. Weve been very impressed with the cleanliness of the homes, professionalism and responsiveness to our requests. Moms smile and cheerful demeanor are all that we need to know that she is in her forever home. Kudos to the staff at Magnolia Crossing.

When visiting the facility I had a very positive experience. The staff is amazing, the administrator is very helpful and the community is very nice. Plus the food is great!!
