Rooms were dirty bathrooms not so clean they need to be cleaner

I work for a medical transportation company, and have picked up many residents to drive them to & from their doctor/specialist appointments. Since most of the residents are wheel-chair bound, they always have an attendant to help transfer the patient to/from the chair. The patients are all well cared for, well groomed, and look well fed. The attendants are very aware of the patient's needs & comfort, and promptly cares for any needs.

The staff has little training and they must not do any back ground checks that is the first thing second my poor aunt has laid in her bed since she was placed there 6 months ago in a fetal position like that is okay when it is not and third the room was a mess shared by a person who was piling up water bottles around her bed as if to hide herself, I saw old dried food under my aunts bed and it smelled like urine throughout the entire place. If you can afford another place do it. This was just horrific and an eye opener since they seem to hire just about anyone to work there.
