Literally find another place for your loved one.The facility's Mgr. is not knowledgeable. Complaints fall on def ears.Roach infestations, malfunctioning air conditioners due to lack of routine maintenance, fought for months and months to get a functioning refrigerator.Stealthy rates, high turn over in staff.Absolutely a mess.

WAS A HARD WORKING place but good before Atria came in. I developed many warm relationship friends with residence AND COWORKING FRIENDS however; the new director has no managerial skills at all! No personality and only knows how to write hard working staff up and terminate them for what ever idea her imaginations come up with. It's my guess, she's going to fire, harrase, make miserable everyone.DONT WORK FOR ATRIA BONITA! Go to another senior living where they have intelligence towards employees who want to work and love residence, she'll just take your kind nature make you wish you never knew her. Never work there! She has no personality and clueless of how to professionally co exist with subordinates. Atria would do well to fire this new director or my guess is Atria will become a dysfunctional establishment, bad for residence and Especially employees. No one wants to work for a nasty human being unappreciative of your work etc. I believe ATria Bonita will become a large turn over hire and fire. She is going to destroy the reputation of this environment, in my view for who will stay with such a dysfunctional director? Last words of advice, don't even apply there as long as she is there. You'll know by the short blond that has a ridiculous FAKE high pitch bird sound laugh.
