Super great place, Grandma has been a few times, and the staff are always amazing with her even tho she's quiet feisty . Big shot out to Ireen who always is sure that I understand everything going with Grams and to William and Phillip, you guys are truly awesome with your genuine care for all residents that you encounter. Your both always smiling and working hard to ensure happy patients. To Raquel, the lady in the Laundry department, You my friend truly are a rockstar and Thank you for your hard work behind the scenes!!! THANKS to the entire staff.... you all are why this facility runs so well and the residents are always clean, happy and well taken care!! It is noticed and extremely Appreciated!!!Nicole Bourne

My mother was in skilled nursing 8 months ago at this facility. She is there again, the difference in the quality of care is scary. Everyone acts like they hate their jobs. It takes 15 to 30 minutes to answer the call light. STAY AWAY!!!

I have had the pleasure to get to know the team at Brookdale Carlsbad for the past 3 years. Everyone from the social work team, memory care team, therapy and management care very deeply about their residents and go above and beyond to make sure they are cared for. The team has truly been amazing to work alongside of!
