Corinthian House Residence

I have lived at Corinthian House for almost 6 years. Living here has been the best and most relaxing and very AFFORDABLE place that I have ever lived. My all Neighbors are the best. The buildings have all had great improvements, New furniture in all common areas, new paint both inside and out, new silverware and chairs in the dinning room, lobby area has been painted, new front desk and furniture in waiting area, the grounds are nice and clean maintained weekly. The Executive Director is a very nice lady, willing to help in any way she can, as well as the rest of the staff. I could go on and on, but the best way to experience what I experience daily is to come and see it for your self. I give Corinthian House a 5 star rating .

My Mother spent the better part of 5 years there, and it was wonderful. It was a very safe and caring environment for her. Having spent most of her life in the Campbell area, it was a blessing to find a place that was both financially reasonable, close to her former home, and staffed with truly friendly and caring people. As Mom got older, it became necessary to transition her to assisted living care, however we will always be grateful for the years that she spent at Corinthian House. Five stars from our family!

Dad has lived here for 3 years and really likes it here. The management and staff are very friendly and responsive. The facility is clean and the other residents are very nice; dad has met a lot of new friends.

When my rent became over the top at the Apartment Complex I was living at I decided to check out Corinthian House. I had put my name on there waiting list some time ago. Much to my delight they had an opening for a one bedroom apartment.I had read some reviews on the web, some not so good and a few very good. I decided to wait and see for myself what my opinion of the apartments were like. Much to my delight my new apartment is the same square footage as my old apartment. When I moved in it was freshly painted and new carpet. It was so clean and I felt very positive.I have been living here since March and I am very impressed with the staff that cares, yes cares for all the residents. They greet you when you come into the lobby with smiles, even if they have had bad days. Yes the complex is older, but it has been updated and kept cleaned. The gardens are well maintained and everyone seems to be happy.I have meet some wonderful people and hope to be here for along time.

I found Corinthian House after a prolonged search for housing that would fit my limited budget. I was drawn here by its reasonable rates. When I first visited the site I was impressed by the grounds and the Redwood trees. There are tables and benches throughout for outdoor enjoyment. When asked about joining the community I said it was beyond my means as rates had recently increased. I was offered an efficiency apartment which had not been advertised and which I could afford. This was the first accommodation among many by the administration to meet my needs. Its location close to major freeways makes it easy to travel to any place in the Bay Area. Shopping is within walking distance as well as the many conveniences offered by the city of Campbell. I recommend a visit to check out the many resources and activities available on site to meet your needs.
