We have been extremely fortunate to have had the same , excellent weekday caregiver for almost 5 years first caring for my mother & then my father. While we have had a couple changes over the years with our weekend caregiver, we have had a very good experience with them as well. Right at Home always notifies us well in advance if one of our caregivers needs a day off & always asks if we would like a replacement. We have been very satisfied with the caregiving support that Right at Home provides.

My mom was diagnosed with dementia a few years ago and for a long time she was doing fine. But when her 2nd husband passed it became obvious that she needed help. She'd lived in the same home in Beverly Hills for quite some time and we live all the way out in Agua Dulce and it was becoming an issue. We contacted Right at Home from a referral we received to see if they could keep her home or we'd have to move her to a facility. Right at Home supplied us with two caregivers, both wonderful ladies, who have been invaluable to my mother's well-being and safety and also taken a lot of stress off our plates. The office is easy to deal with and we've had no real issues thus far. They've done a good job.

I have been using Right at Home in Burbank since the beginning of 2016 and am very pleased with their service. I have mobility issues and started using a walker (rollator). I needed help with transportation to doctors offices and loading/carrying everything necessary. In three years, there have been three minor disappointments either in the caregiver or scheduler. This is an excellent record and shows the hard work and dedication of Doug and Leanna Dickstein, their staff and their caregivers. I am grateful for their help and will be relying on them more and more as my health continues to deteriorate. I definitely recommend this company.

My mom needed help after Surgery and they answered the call (literally on a Saturday night) and provided aides to help her. She had no complaints which translates into me having no complaints.
