If you're seeking this place out for a family member or friend, then this place may be a great fit depending on which caretakers are there.In regards to working here... don't.Well actually, if you love gossiping and not being helpful, then this place is perfect for you! Alexis and her side kick were very envoius ladies and quite possibly the worst humans ever. Management also knew that some staff were being vindictive towards others and didn't do a thing about it. I was also not trained well at all but they sure wanted me to have all the answers when it came to an emergency with a resident. So, spare yourself the stress and don't bother applying.

The staff at Sterling heights went went out of there way assisting my mother on a daily basis .All the girls were so caring and hard working . They had many activities which mom really enjoyed ...and such a beautiful park in there back yard . Sterling heights and all the staff are top notch ,thank you all so much sincerely ,Stephen Zwart,

They discriminate with race gender and serve the old people rotten food the problem there is they need full new management

My aunt was a respite here and she loved every minute of it! The staff is helpful and very patient.
