I have enjoyed my several visits, and am considering becoming a resident in the future. I note that you are offering short stays, and this interests me, as it does give me the opportunity to check you out. I did receive a call the other day from Lauren, introducing herself.

I chose a different facility because , as my move in date approached, Dec 2019, no one would respond to my email or calls. Now they will not refund my $25,000refundable deposit. Contacted Jill Fird, Executive director, three times and she said she would return my deposit. 6 weeks later, still no refund. This organization appears to be dysfunctional

My mother lived at Watermark for close to 3 years before she passed away in October 2019. The facility and staff are excellent. The culture is caring, nurturing and safe. My sisters and I were always able to communicate with Executive Director Jill, department directors, and health/wellness caregivers. We highly recommend Watermark of Beverly Hills.
