I first met Nikeey Bakshi over two years ago when we were in the early stages of trying to find an assisted living facility for my Mom. We werent sure what we were even looking for, but it had been recommended for us to check out Sunrise at Beverly Hills. From my first phone call with Nikeey, I had a sense of reassurance and confidence, that if we chose your facility, not only my Mom, but our entire family would be welcomed into Sunrise as a part of their family. We werent completely ready to make our decision, but Nikeey followed up with calls just to check in on us and ask if we had any questions or concerns.Shortly thereafter, we decided to meet Nikeey at the facility and take a tour. She greeted us with a smile, a hug, and a happy, energetic and caring attitude. Once we met her in person, we were sold on Sunrise. Of course, the facility is beautiful, and it is the perfect spot for my Mom, but I must tell you that Nikeey is a large part of why we chose Sunrise. My mom has now been at Sunrise for a little over a year, and the follow-up and checking-in from Nikeey continues. When we see her at Sunrise, we are always greeted with open arms, and talking with Nikeey, we are further convinced that my Mom is well taken care of and at home.I run my own business, so I know employees like Nikeey are rare. She takes her love for the job and meeting with families to a new level, and she is a great representative of your organization. She stands out and far above from the crowd, and her work ethic, attitude and genuine care for others makes anybodys experience with Sunrise at Beverly Hills that much better.Congratulations for having such a valuable, knowledgeable, and fun person on your staff.Larry Kanne________________________________________
