This company is very greedy and corrupt. When you move out is when you find out how terrible this company really is. It is unbelievable how my family member got literally yelled at and then hung up on because she dared to speak up for herself when vajennifer called her on 8-20-2017. These are mean nasty managers and are fine as long as you live there, but dare you to move out. Unbelievable the way they act! They lie and think that your deposit is their's if you try and leave. Karen and Jennifer are in charge of the deposits and if you leave they change completely. On top of that their prices go up twice a year every year which is also against the law, but they name the second increase something other than rent increase to get away with increasing the rent. This is a bad place for those two reasons concerning rent increases plus they will find every reason they can to keep your deposit. Enter there at your own risk since you have this warning! In two years you will be paying considerably more than when you first moved in.

My wife & I really love our new home here. It is maintained at its very best, with beautiful landscapes.
