The staff is very slow to respond in my experience. In addition, when staff is questioned or nicely asked for services that logic would dictate being part of their job, they often have an attitude or complain. Some staff members are just plain rude. Cleanliness does not seem to be a priority as I have seen feces laying around for long periods of time, while visiting patients.

Unfortunately some employees who work there do not show compassion or patience to the elderly patients when I've gone to visit. I understand it is not an easy career, but if they don't have the heart to care for elderly people then they are in the wrong field.

I stayed there 3 weeks after 10 days in the hospital for emergency surgery. It was a good experience. The staff was very efficient and attentive. The PT staff was excellent. I was expected to stay longer, but wanted to be home for Thanksgiving with my children. They worked with me to make that possible. I love them.
