Dad was admitted for physical therapy to walk with confidence after a severe blood infection. He is 92. I arrived and he had been left in bed for 2 days, unable to get up on his own, wetting the bed, none of the staff or the nurses, or doctors knew he was a fall risk. Call button was broken...this place is a house of horrors. My poor dad. I got him up. Was able to visit with him. He is in a room with a man that also appears mistreated.

Poorly ran. One of the worst nursing facilities on the central coast. Parent company owns bars and restaurants in the area and is dedicated to cash flow above all. Take your loved one to a place where the nurse to patient ratio is less than 30-35:1

The staff at AG Care are wonderful! They answer the call bell quickly and provide care immediately. In the four days our loved one has been here the nursing staff have called me multiple times with updates. The rooms are clean. Garbage emptied almost every time someone comes in the room. The food, according to our patient, is much better than at the hospital. The building smells good. This is the best care facility I have ever visited. I am a registered nurse and super critical. Two thumbs up and five stars to the staff!
