Good place

Nice and familiar place for the elderly. I work there and I like the way the residents are treated by the staff. The rooms are very nice and the seniors have many a activities to enjoy.

I had a interview there and never i have ever had any experience with one of the hiring managers (melinda) as she was so rude. I walked in and even the two caregivers including the HR were so sweet and so nice when talking to them but as i sat waiting for melinda and as she was walking to her desk talking personal conversation on the phone , i stood up to ask about her and she said ,' if you see me on the phone why would you come and ask when im here?' With the rudest attitude. (Common in sense; i never met her so i obviously don't know it was her) i was so confused at that point as why is she giving me attitude but i walked back and sat ignoring what had just happened and telling myself that maybe she's having a bad day. But when she called me to sit down to interview me she asked me questions so rude and sarcastic. I got so fed up with her attitude i had to stop and tell her this was not for me and she looked at me like i just made her waste her time when she made me waste mine. I never had this happen or Seen this happen. I have no idea how a person like this could have the position to hire and even just having a job herself . i feel bad for the caregivers but more for the residents just thinking how she is i dont even want to imagine how she treats the residents. This person shouldn't be working there as she obviously don't have or even close to have a good attitude. If you consider applying here , please talk to the HR about interviewing with someone else.

My dad has been living there for 8 months. Ardent Care really takes great care of him. Secure, clean, happy spot for him to enjoy the food, activities, comraderie. The expert care and close attention is top notch. New place barely a year old, the building was redone to accommodate the elderly with issues of self-reliance. Patient, helpful, caring. It really doesnt get any better than this wonderful place.
