If looking for Memory Care, keep looking. My Mom was at Arbor for 13 mos. Attendants on cell phones, as people in need. Activity board filled with activities that never happened. The Memory Care Manager, not helpful-. Wish it could have been better. Wouldnt want anyones Mom to experience what I watched here.

My father was in the memory care facility. We had to go daily to make sure he got the care he needed. Caught the employes more on their cell phone than doing what they were paid to do. I heard the assisted care part of this facility was good however the memory care is horrible. Thank God we were able to put my father in a loving a caring facilty.
