My dad had a major stroke in March. He has always lived very independently up until then, but when I realized that he could no longer live at home alone, I contacted several assisted living facilities. Elmcroft was the only one who went out of their way to answer my questions etc. When my dad moved in, they went out of their way to make his adjustment as seamless as possible. I live out of state, and not only has the staff kept me updated on how he is doing, but the director himself has called me several times to give me a report. I know I chose the right facility for my dad, because all the staff is genuinely loving and caring towards my dad and our family. I definitely have peace of mind knowing he is in their care.

Our family is very impressed with all the members of the Elmcroft staff members. Everyone is so friendly and very helpful. The facility is very clean and so comfortable. We feel that our mom is in a very safe place and that all her needs are being met.
