This is the only 5 star facility in Little Rock according to Medicare. It only has private bedrooms and bathrooms. When I toured, I thought I was in an assisted living facility but it's not! The care that was provided to my loved one was exceptional and the therapy team was great! I highly recommend short term rehab to anyone or if you can get on the list for a long-term stay, there is no better place in Little Rock.

OMG!!! This is place is nothing it says it is! This is a insurance scheme at its fullest! They all lie to your face, they dont take care of your loved ones at all. My grandmother is in complete terror at whats gone on with her. Shes moving ASAP and will NEVER look back. I only pray this place gets shut down fast! Please do yourself a favor, RUN! ZERO STARS IF ALLOWED! Wish I had read the reviews and researched more.

This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Stay away!!! They told me what I wanted to hear and then did NOTHING!! They even told me they couldnt accommodate a diabetic diet that Id have to bring in what I wanted her to have 3 times a day. They dont clean rooms but 1 time a week. They dont check vitals. They have employees that put on a set of gloves and go from room to room with them on. Blood was dropped in the floor and they took no action to make it sterile afterwards. They dont do anything but bill your insurance company. We stayed 4 days total and only that long because we had to deal with insurance company to move. RUN!! DO NOT put your loved ones here. They only get 1 star because it doesnt let me do ZERO STARS! Youve been warned.

my grandmother was here recently and she passed away in her room because no one checked on her for over 4 hours! i am absolutely livid and i hope she haunts this horrid place for eternity! expect a lawsuit coming your way real soon! rip

Excellent campus with an incredible rehabilitation team, great staff, and a wonderful atmosphere to care for elders.
