My brother was in this home for almost a year, he saw the DR twice, once in the hallway! his meds were changed a lot and that really messed up my brother's health. he was also, negligent during the COVID shutdown when family couldn't help with his care and his health has suffered greatly! They lack compassion, he was placed in a diaper right after being admitted because the aids, would not answer his call light in a timely matter. the place he was before for 8 months, he never had an accident. They're always short-staffed, the food is never served on time (nothing is ever on time except the staff leaving) the phone system is horrible, calls are drop or not returned... Don't send your loved ones here.
