I feel that place is toxic and the leadership is bad. I myself as a lead person believe that it should be teamwork, i personally do not know Daniel Garcia but I have heard bad things from him not just from family members but from old coworker, and obviously corporate protects him, because he has fired so many employees and others have quit due to his attitude, and all these employees have complained to corporate about him and nothing is done, how do you fire someone saying they have a bad attitude when that employee got text message from her boss telling her she is such good worker and is happy to happy to have her, I dont understand how corporate dont see who is the real issue there, and as for your monthly audits , oh and some of the good reviews are from employees , such a beautiful place unfortunately its a toxic environment,

Recently my dad was moved into their memory care for his best interest. I will have to say living in California and the ability to only visit monthly.... I was nervous about this facility and care. I have to say that I cant be more than confident and at peace that this place will take the best care of him then anyone else can. The memory care staff was sweet and amazing. The facility and amenities are awesome. The food was fresh and tasted great. I personally tried their soup and cake. . It is definitely 5 star living. Thank you for making this an easy process.

These people are like sharks, all I did was take a tour of their facility, that was the blood in the water.... wont leave you alone...
