Bullhead City location: They had an outbreak of Covid 19, they did not, notify family until they had two deaths. Our mother was in memory care. Where the outbreak started. She tested positive- .The facility continued to give tours, and, allow move ins. We begged to talk with her, their response was they (staff) are too busy. We could not visit due to 'Lock Down '. TODAY OUR MOTHER DIED. @ 5 PM. THEY DID NOT NOTIFY US TIL , 7:30 PM. The hospice nurse had to notify us. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PARENTS TO THEIR FACILITY IT IS ALL ABOUT $$$$

Can't seem to get off their mailing list. I have been requesting that my mother in law, who died 5, years ago be removed. Month after month and year after year they take my information and yet we still receive all the marketing information. ENOUGH!I would never do business with a place that does not respect requests to not be solicited- much less for 5 years!!!
