My mother recently had a stroke and then passed away. I contacted Tucson Senior Placement/Robin Coates as a reference from my Estate Lawyer. This was the best recommendation that could ever have happened to me.!!! I had done some research on finding a care home in the past but was truly overwhelmed by just that aspect of it. Robin helped me find hospice, deal with rehab and hospital issues, and find a care home for my mother, all the while there was COVID19 restrictions. If it wasn't for Tucson Senior Placement/Robin, it would have taken me a very long time. The care home that she helped me find during COVID19 restrictions was the very best care for my mother. She was also very detailed in explaining differences in placement and also differences while COVID19 rules were in place. It is difficult enough to have to deal with the emotional issues for yourself and family. Robin made this an extremely smooth process.

Robin managers the entire process of finding my 92 year old father a housing solution while we reside in SF Bay Area. She overcame numerous challenges due to Dad's needs. In the end we found Tucson Place at Ventana Canyon. Located quite near our Tucson home. Kudos to Robin!

Robin helped me and my mother find a facility over the course of several months. She is knowledgeable on all aspects of elderly care ranging from individual needs, patient evaluation, medical conditions, Tucson care resources and facilities. She spent time with me and over several occasions assessed the needs of my mother and myself and arranged tours of multiple facilities and discussion with staff.
