I needed help for my mom after she got out of the hospital. Right at Home was there for me that very night. They had amazing vetted caregivers that were always available when I needed them. The caregivers were so kind and loving toward my mother and our whole family.Their scheduler Candace was so kind and always got us amazing caregivers at a drop of a hat. I am grateful for the amazing service Right at Home provides. It is a service well worth the price.

Do not trust these people with your loved one. The manager, Kimberly, has the sweetest voice and is the most incompetent person I have ever come across. They continued to charge my mother's account after she moved. I called and we had a very nice conversation, and of course, Kimberly said they would reimburse my mothers account. The next month, it was not reimbursed, so I called again. Kimberly forgot and said it would be taken care of. Now, the third month, she just said the caregiver was visiting my mother. Problem is, my mother no longer lived there. Furthermore, they were supposed to be filling out a sheet when they did visit. The binder had never been filled out. Do not trust these people!

We needed a caregiver on short notice, and Right at Home was extremely responsive. The caregiver was always timely and had a very pleasant attitude. You do want the best for your parents, and I feel we got that with Right at Home. Sadly, we ended up needing 24-hr. care soon after their start, but our experience with this company was highly satisfactory.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Right at Home. I have been pleased with their caregivers, along with the help of the office staff. I feel I could put anyone I love in their care, and I know they will be a great help and assistance.
