The Trask family has taken very good care of our family member s. We have entrusted the Trasks with three members of our family. The Trasks have given them love as well as excellent care. We highly recommend them

Our experience with Arizona Homestead is very positive. The Trask family and staff truly care for their residents. Everybody was very sweet to Mom, treating her almost like family, with friendly banter, but firmly taking care of things. I have witnessed several occasions where somebody on staff would go out of her or his way to please Mom, or just to comfort her. The two houses (Homestead on 18 and Ocotillo House next door) are set up like family homes, with a comfortable atmosphere immediately when you walk into the front door. And they always smell nice of whatever next fresh meal is cooking in the kitchen. If you are looking for an assisted living facility that provides personalized care in a friendly, engaging setting, I would recommend Arizona Homestead.

Found the owners to be dishonest and unscrupulous... quoted a price, then reneged. Indicated acceptance of resident, then waffled for a higher rate. No pro-ration of fees, big entry fee. AVOID!!

I am in the medical profession for 38 years and have worked in hospital, nursing home and assistive care facilities and I am extremely pleased with the care my Father is currently receiving at this home. The last 6 months he has had the care any family member would want for there aging parents, all the way from compassion, respecting there dignity, to assisting with end of life needs. The owners and staff not only help my father with respect ,but I see the same care for all there residents. They support my needs when I cannot reach my Father via phone, they go above and beyond to ease my anxiety. I'm greatful for this warm/clean loving home. With much gratitude...

My mother has been at AZ Homestead since 2013. I've been her guardian and conservator since 2010 and during that time, in my mother's increasing dementia, she has needed to live in 4 different protected residences. This is the only place where I have genuinely felt she was safe, her medical needs were seen to and she herself was treated with respect and affection. Mom is a difficult woman who doesn't participate in many activities willingly or graciously but the staff and the whole Trask family manage her amazingly well and she is comfortable with them. More than the activities, mom enjoys the interaction with staff, the banter, and just watching the goings on. In so far as it is possible, in advanced dementia, mom feels at home here. When my mother entered Homestead, to make her feel more at home, Bryan sat with her and sang to her, accompanying himself on guitar. It helped and it touched both mom and I. I appreciate that the staff has gone the extra mile, not just once, but again and again, to see to my mom's comfort and well being. Would I recommend AZ Homestead. Yes, in fact, I have. Several times.
