The staff are nice and friendly. It also seems the facility is short staffed with high turn around which makes me question how management is treating their employees or not giving them decent wages .Maintenance is back logged and cannot get to the residents needs in a timely fashion . Food is average . Decor is outdated .This facility has potential but I would not recommend it until changes are made .

I was so impressed with the staff at Vista de la Montana especially Wesley Wilkins. Wesley is a true professional and compassionate person who really does understand the issues that surround our senior citizens. He helped my family by placing my Mom in Vista de la Montana. Although, she hasn't moved in yet, we are so happy to get her out of her current situation and place her in a place that truly cares about her health and state of mind. Thank you so much Wesley!!
