Our introduction with Sheila has proved to be all she advised. The staff is professional, supportive and caring; the activities keep folks involved throughout the day. Susan has helped me tremendously in navigating this new experience for my Dad. The facility is clean and inviting. Dad has not once asked to go home, which to me says it all.

My mother in-law is there. The facility has made some changes. Starting with the Director of healthcare. She is wonderful, professional, and a huge asset to the company. I pray they keep this one at all cost. Literally. You can see the change over the last month how Nursing staff seems to be ran like a well oiled machine now. Staff even seems happier to work there. At a town hall meeting we were told a new Administrator is coming. I pray they nailed it on this one too.The facility is clean. The food is good. Activities are wonderful. What more can you want?Thank you Orchard Point and staff.
