This place is a complete joke and a huge ripoff. The dinning staff stinks and it typically takes forever to wait on and bring food. The residence got a sack lunch on Christmas and Thanksgiving so the staff can spend the holidays with their families. Sounds good but when youre paying over $5000 a month, you should get a dining room meal and not a sack lunch! The medical staff are easily overwhelmed with something as simple as administrating a flue shot. We are 1 month into corona viras and the staff has yet too talk to the residences about what steps are being taken or should be taken to avoid attracting the vitas. It has a nice lobby but that where it ends. This place is anything but luxurious living. Look somewhere else for your parents to live.

I've been working at Renaissance Senior Living for the last 8 years and can easily say the changes made in the last year have been so welcomed! I love my job and going to work everyday and I love our residents! So grateful to be a part of the Renaissance family.

If you have family who is incapable of defending their property then DON'T come here. My grandfather was a resident here when one of the EMPLOYEES took over ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS out of his wallet. Unable to do anything, yet CAMERAS are mounted EVERYWHERE and all visits are LOGGED. PATHETIC. Nobody deserves to go through this so dont be FOOLED by the FRONT.
