While they did try to help, they completely misunderstood my questions and were rudely unreceptive to my attempt to clarify. Instead of listening and accepting my statement that they weren't hearing me, I was told that I was wrong. Interesting that they would think they know what I'm saying/meaning better than I do. Not exactly the behavior I'd expect/hope for from folks whose job it is to help the poor.

when checking in at 1230 I asked how long the wait will be. she said 'you have two people ahead of you so not long' it is now 325. one of the people ahead of me left due to waiting even longer than me. and I am still waiting. government dollars at work folks
