Touchmark at The Ranch

I've been working here for a few months now. Let me just say, the kindness of the staff members, the management, the residents, the food, and the atmosphere are fantastic. It truly is an honor to work with everyone here and I feel appreciated as a member of the team.

I cannot say enough good things about Touchmark at The Ranch. I could go on about the well designed and beautiful homes, apartments and rooms, or the excellent food and great management, but what really makes this a special place is the people. My mother moved there after a bad experience at another facility. It did not take long for all the staff to know her by name and she immediately felt at home. Unfortunately her health later took a turn for the worse and it was here that the incredibly caring staff, and the whole atmosphere of caring, really came to light. As our family gathered from around the country for her final days, we were truly touched and impressed by how the entire Touchmark organization came together to support us in these difficult times. We honestly could not have asked for any thing better. The genuine caring of the nursing and care giver staff, the support of management, etc, you name it, they supported our family and most importantly my mom. Its easy to identify sincere, caring and loving people from those who are just doing their job, and the staff at Touchmark are those sincere and caring people. I only wish they would have been open when my mom first returned to the area. I hold them in my highest regards and would encourage anyone considering a retirement community for themselves or their loved ones to seriously consider Touchmark at The Ranch.

I am finding Touchmark to be an enjoyable place to live. Both the Residents and the Staff have created a wonderful community for us to live in.

Great exercise facilities. Clean. Great pool. Not crowded. Friendly staff and friendly patrons.Great attached restaurant with excellent food. Not at all Noisy in the restaurant.

My husband and I moved here in mid September, 2018. We are thrilled with Touchmark and feel we made a great decision for ourselves. Touchmark at the Ranch has far exceeded our expectations. Wonderful staff, friendly residents and more activities than one could hope for. All of the amenities are first class and the dining experience has been exceptional. Prescott is a charming city set in beautiful surroundings. We love Prescott and Touchmark at the Ranch.
