My dad spent his last 6 months at the Pleasant Valley Care home, and it was consistently a warm, caring and competent facility of care givers that treating Dad like family, and assimilated our family into their family environment. Down to the end when he passed, they were always wonderful and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a family member I friend to be taken care of with dignity and respect. P.S. the fiod is always great!

If I could give less stars I would. My grandfather was in this home for roughly six months. My grandfather told the owner (Yvonne) that he didnt want a suppository so Yvonne forced it on him against his wishes. This woman was very unprofessional I witnessed her yelling at family members and staff. She really has no clue what she is doing when it comes to taking care of residents let alone running a business. When my grandfather came to this Carehome it was under different owners and ran so much smoother. Now that Yvonne has taken over the quality of life and care has went down.

During our visit to Prescott Arizona, we visited a number of adult care homes researching for a family member and found Pleasant Valley Care Home to be a top notch facility that really cares for its clients. This was more of a family orientated home that didn't feel like a nursing home. I would definitely recommend checking this adult care home to anyone looking for a loved one.
