When I moved from California, I found HCA. I thought I only needed care once a week, but having Deleene here twice a week has gotten me out of my home and to be more social. I enjoy her company and her hard work. I want to stay in my house until I'm not here and HCA is here to help.

Jeff and Clayton are just wonderful and very caring. I've had only good experiences with Home Care Assistance. Having a caregiver to take me places and prepare meals is really awesome. I can't say enough about Carmen either. She takes me to work out three times a week at the Senior Center. After four years she really is like a family to me.

Met with Jeff today and I have to say I was immediately impressed. My dad is in his 70's and someday soon he is going to need some assistance. Jeff was friendly, professional and not pushy at all. Said they are here for us when we need them. The rates are really competitive, they are more flexible then what Ive seen elsewhere and so far they have made a really good impression with me. All in our family highly recommend Home Care Assistance. The caregivers were exceptionally caring and attentive to our mom's needs. The owners were of great help guiding us through the process and were very responsive at any time needed. We tried another home care company first and they were disorganized, dismissive and over charged for every service. Choosing a company to help care for our loved ones is a difficult process. Jeff and Clayton have been wonderful working with my grandmother. Cynthia is our care professional and she is absolutely amazing. She is patient, attentive and kind which is exactly what my grandmother needs in this time of her life. My grandmother fell ill about six months after the death of my grandfather and she desperately wants to stay in her home; although she needs more hands on assistance than she is wiling to admit. Cynthia has been able to give my grandmother that extra help while allowing her to maintain her dignity, sense of independence and purpose.
