These pools on this property are beautiful. The one thing that isn't, Is how George the maintenance guy, gets away with treating the 62 year old pool guy, whos a deaf veteran like hes a child. I understand it can get annoying when people cant hear you. But this behavior displayed by this man is un called for. Fred is a very nice soft spoken gentleman that has been cleaning pools for longer then George has probably been alive. Fred deserves more respect.

We love Montecito! From the moment we toured the facility, we knew it was the place for Dad. He began needing additional care and Montecito was able to meet all of his needs. From Jill in Marketing to Janine in Resident Services to Annette in Dining to Terri in Activities, we couldnt have been more pleased with the service each of them provided. The caregivers are attentive, caring and cheerful and Dad got to know them well. Montecito was able to provide additional assistance as Dads needs changed. Although Dad didnt participate in a lot of the activities, there are so many of them to enjoy. All you need do is decide what you want to do and join in. Its a great way to meet people with similar interests. Dad made so many friends while he was living there! And he LOVED his filet for dinner! Thanks, Annette!

My Dad lived at Montecito for 2 years, until he passed away. From our first visit we felt it was a great place for him. Since it was converted from independent living to assisted living, he had a full kitchen, which he didnt use often but came in very handy as his mobility was more limited and we could finish cooking a home cooked meal with him in his apartment. We give special thanks to Jill for guiding us to a nice apartment selection for Dad, Janine the Resident Services manager for insuring Dad had the care he needed as his needs increased, Terri for planning and executing the activities that Dad enjoyed and ultimately his celebration of life upon his passing, and a most special thanks to Annette who runs dinning. Annette befriended Dad and gave him the special attention that those suffering with Parkinsons require. She went further to show him attention and a friendship that he relished. While Annette was astonishing, she was just another good example of what The Montecito offers in senior living.

My parents moved to the Montecito in 2017. The facility is so spacious and inviting! Staff members are professional, knowledgeable, patient, caring and helpful. Everyone is so friendly! There are many outings and onsite events that encourage the residents to mingle and get to know one another. The grounds are well kept and inviting. This is such a safe environment and we are so happy they chose the Montecito!

I was interested in a position with this company. I submitted a resume and spoke by telephone to female at front desk trying to get in touch with human resources personal. On each phone call, I could tell the girl I was speaking to was trying to blow me off by her refusal to put my calls through. Finally my last call the lady told me the job was filled. Lastly, later the same day I had my wife call for the same position and the front desk lady told my wife she would have supervisor call her back. Can we say job discrimination.
