PATHETIC*********ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC*****WORST PLACE FOR THE ELDERLY******Because of family infighting I turned my Mother over to the County fiduciary when my Mother was put into HOSPICE the lamplight never contacted me! When my Mother DIED the Lamplight did not contact me (even tho they had my phone number) I received a phone call from the funeral director asking what my plans were for my Mother!!! The MGR told me ' I wasn't here when that happened and 'the Lamplighter is only responsible to inform the financially responsible party of deaths' so they contacted the county and not me to let me know my Mother Passed!!! ***ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? IT'S NOT THEIR JOB TO LET THE FAMILY KNOW IF SOMEONE IS DYING OR DIED????********PATHETIC********NO EXCUSE*********PATHETIC**************************
