Palos Verdes Senior Living

My grandfather and I looked at several properties and Palos Verdes was the most impressive. He's still very new there, but we agreed this place felt the best and most active. He lives independent in an efficient one bedroom small office den, updated, clean, internet included, stackable washer dryer, camera security in the common areas, staff on front desk 24/7. Beautiful view from his third floor balcony of the mountains, palm trees, cactus and the community pool ground. Easy for him to get around in his apartment. He can also control his apartment temperature easily. Antonio and Jason from maintenance were helpful setting up his flat screen tv when he moved into his place. Anytime I have groceries or something coming for him, I call the front desk, and a staff member makes sure it gets to him. They are always friendly and I feel like they listen well. They also sent someone to pick up his prescriptions while he's quarantined during the COVO19. Very helpful.

The staff at Palos Verdes is wonderful! From the Wellness Director, Nicole The wellness nurse, Brandy, the Med techs and caregivers They really care about the residents that live there. The facility is clean and beautiful.

The staff at Palos Verdes is very professional and friendly. They take excellent care of their residents and offer a wide range of programs and events that appeal to all of the residents. I highly recommend this community.

Disgusted by the management and staff of this place. They seem to be fake nice to their residents and uncaring and rude to family members and others. They only seem to care about themselves. Do not live here and do not be fooled by their fake persona.

Very nice community and staff. Community is very clean and, food is very good. Staff is worderful and caring. They have independent and assisted living apartment, and Memory care.
