My father was suffering from dementia, so we had to find a new home for him. This was an agonizing process for us because most of the places we toured seemed impersonal and not really a home. This changed the minute we walked into Paradise Living Center. The staff was genuinely kind, and the facility was beautiful, making us feel immediately that this was the place for him. He was there for about 3 years and during that time he was always loved by the staff and caretakers. This was also very comforting for our family allowing us to go about our daily activities without worries about him being loved or about his care. It turned out to be the perfect scenario for him and us.We would like to heartfully thank Paradise Valley Living Centers for their care and love. We cant imagine what the past three years would have been like without them. Along the way they became my fathers family and ours.

The staff and quality of service and care is exceptional, but equally impressive are Paradise Living Centers homes. The space indoors and out is warm and elegant. Most importantly, the 24/7 care and compassion is the best.

My father lived at Paradise Living Center in Paradise Valley for several months in 2017. I don't live in AZ so was very concerned about leaving him in the care of others. However, my father's daily and medical care were excellent. I had considered larger long term care facilities but realized my father would be much happier and looked after more closely at a smaller home facility. As well I witnessed the loving care other residents received at Paradise Living Center. I felt very comfortable (especially being so far away) contacting staff at any time. They were all very responsive to my telephone calls. I recommend Paradise Living Center if you are considering placement of a loved one. If you live in Phoenix even better but be assured if you don't live nearby you can still be in close contact with your family member and the staff.
