We have had a great experience at Heritage Village. My father and step-mother were/are both residents there. When my father was in the last stages of his life (resulting from a head injury), Heritage staff provided love and support to my step-mom and our entire family. After my father passed, they have continued to provide love, support and care to my step-mom (who has dementia and requires additional care). I recently watched Lisa (a medical technician) provide a literal shoulder for my step-mom to cry on as she was coming to terms with my dad's passing. Heritage provides a safe and caring environment and is a great place from the office staff to the home care staff. They provide enriching activities, and love and support, which is what we were looking for as a place for our parents in their later years.
