We recently made the decision to move from the east coast to the warm southwest or Arizona. We choose Del Webb at Dove Mountain because of its beautiful location and wonderful community atmosphere and amenities. We enjoyed being part of the build process and had a wonderful construction manager who kept us involved throughout. The quality of the home is very good and we loved the ability to select so many of the interior finishes. A very professional organization from the sales office to the construction manager. Very pleased with our decision to select Del Webb at Dove Mountain.

It's a nice AZ basecamp, not a perfect finished product but acceptable for tract housing I suppose, just wish they allowed real fireplaces. Neighborhood is pleasant with good amenities, but will they ever stop packing them in? Now that the city is allowing the preserve to be rezoned I'm wondering what the traffic situation will be like... not just on the roads but in grocery store parking lots... the main reason we avoided Phoenix. Oh well, guess I'm part of that same problem.
