Management was unable to provide it's residents with information related to local palliative care and home health services. Providing a basic informational sheet of local palliative care facilities would make it easier for residents to decide what facility would suite them best when the time comes for their need of on call nurses and doctors. A facility designed for seniors should make the most of all resources so their guests are not guessing and searching for answers on their own. It's unsettling knowing their facility is not willing to provide such basic information for its residents.
