A Pisces
We showed up 30 mins before they closed to pay bill and the lady (Taylor) told us she already took the payments that day so we will be charged a late fee. Not to mention that they say we used 54 thousand gallons of water and we checked our pipes and we have no leaks. They still charged us $154 for that month. I feel like they are trying to get rid of there residents.
