Thanks but no need.. I already did make a call and of course when it comes to management it went around the whole building that I did make that call.. one of my reasons of leaving upset on the job. The nurse told the staff that I did too..just as I expected. Most horrible job Ive had in MY experience of being a med-tech/caregiver of five years. I was only there for eight months. Thanks for number.. and just for hearing me out.

Terra Pointe is nothing less than phenomenal! Everyone is very caring, there is awesome new management, the facility is immaculate and welcoming. It is comforting knowing the staff at Terra Pointe give their clients/residents the care, attention and respect they need throughout the day and night.
