My grandmother lived here until recently. The management team is absolutely horrific. The nurses were never anywhere to be seen and if you had any kind of questions to ask of them they would give you the run around. There are a few shining stars they have working for them though! Jamie and Christy were absolutely amazing and they truly will care for your family member. Those two are the only reason I am giving this place 2 stars.

We moved my mom into the memory care side of Orchard Pointe almost a year ago and it has been an amazing experience for her. After checking out multiple different memory care homes, we knew this was clearly the best choice. It is a beautiful facility that really feels like home, and they offer many activities and events. The staff is wonderful, and the caregivers are so kind and gentle with my mom. It is so reassuring to know that my mom is being cared for by qualified, loving people that understand her illness and can give her the care that she needs. Orchard Pointe has been an incredible blessing to our family.
