As a Physical Therapist who is in and out of group homes/Assisted living facilities all over the valley I can honestly say that Canyon Creek is the most well managed that I have encountered. Heather is an outstanding owner who pays attention to all the details and ensures that all of her residents are safe and happy. The communication is excellent between Heather, the caregivers in the group home, the families of the residents and all outside providers coming in to provide skilled care. Residents in this facility are happy and they make progress towards goals for mobility because the staff care and follow up with training and instruction that I provide them. I would recommend my mother and father to this facility.

As a home care nurse for the last 18 years, I have been in tons of assisted living facilities. Canyon Creek is hands down one of the best places to have your loved ones live. Heather, the owner is a Nurse and her staff is amazing. They all are so caring and attentive. The facility is beautiful and accommodating to all different needs. If my family needed to be in an ALF, Canyon Creek would be my first choice for sure.

Canyon Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care is a beautiful property which has a lot to offer including a manager who is an RN and has a true heart for caring for the senior population. I would encourage everyone to visit Canyon Creek!

It was such a blessing for my Mom, and for me, that she was able to live at beautiful Canyon Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care. She received AMAZING and loving care from everyone. My Mom had many special needs and requirements, and all of them were met with kindness and patience. I was deeply impressed with the clean, modern, state-of-the-art amenities as well as the qualified, experienced owner and caregivers.
