I am a home health aide and was assigned a client to have some companionship. This place is basically a daycare for old people. They do the bare minimum here. Many times my client rang the alert bell and no one comes maybe hrs after the fact. I would go out and see a bunch of cna nurses just conversating bout whatever.The bathroom is not clean. They wake my client up at 5:30am for no reason no pills giving just wake up call. The lounge chair is broken also.And staff do not speak kindly of their clients. Which is sad because these are defenseless people. And do not deserve to be treated as a nuisance.Not only is my client paying for this facility that just houses the elderly n take their money but also pays for health aide care on top of the facility bill to make sure my client is bn looked after. That alone should say something bout this facility

Writing for my dad. Not sure how the were rated 4 stars. Maybe friends and family of employees, but I hope nobody has to go through what I had to endure. Went to the skilled facility for rehab and no rehab was preformed. Was there for almost 3 weeks, and ended back into the hospital because of lack of knowledge of Drs, nurses and staff. Ended up with bed sores from laying in bed ALL the time. Was heavily medicated, unable to perform therapy. Do your research and read the reviews really well. A couple of nurses were great and gave me some great insight and advice of that facility. A non-compassionate and non-caring place. The Drs ABSOLUTELY dropped the ball on my health. Please, please, please, do your homework!!! Research the facility and the Drs that are employed there.
