The facility is very nice. The one major complaint is the nursing staff. Not all the nurses were bad, but several need more training on administering medication. I think the whole medication administration needs a to be audited. The first night took them 8 hours to get pain medication administered and during that time they didnt even have the right medication. Very scary on what medication is even being given. No explanation, just hand you a handful of pills, to find out you were not given some of the more important pills. Very frustrating for the patient to advocate for themselves when they are in so much pain.
