What a disappointment. Stay away. The food is beyond bad, it is atrocious. The pasta was so underdone that you could not cut it with a knife. When you ask for something from the kitchen, the staff is not accommodating and sometimes down right rude. No one takes responsibility for the terrible food. When you complain to the staff, it is always someone else that you should report this the incident to. The salesperson, Cathy Peterson, told me that she had passed on complaints and not to call her anymore. I asked for someone from the corporate office to contact me to explain why I am paying for almost $4900 for this apartment when services are so bad. It has been almost three weeks and no one has made any effort to contact me. Enclave states there is a chef preparing the food. That is not true. All of the food is packaged and reheated. They state in their literature that they will assign an ambassador to help with the transition. No help or ambassador. They state in their literature that they will assist with any technology, such as help with setting up the TV or help logging on to the wifi. No help available. What a disappointment. Stay away

Enclave at Chandler, everything is first class. Priority is the care my father receives from the staff, and they exceed expectations. I can see the love they have for my father. Nursing care and management is great, they keep me informed with everything that is going on. Activities from sunrise to sunset. We definitely made the right choice for my father.

My father stayed in the assisted living & they were so kind & helpful! We found the facility clean & safe & beautifully kept. The food was good & customized to his desires. The Enclave is located near everything including great medical care & the freeways.
