I am currently a patient at This facility and i would like to take time out to say Thank You to each and every staff member in every dept.for being so awesome and taking care of me and my needs and going over the standards in my care to ensure my comfort and my getting well.i feel so relieved here knowing that the staff here makes it their duty to make sure my meds,my meals, my care,my room is clean and comfortable each staff in each dept involved in my care has worked together as a team to make sure im getting over the standard of great care and the attention and skills necessary to benefit my getting better i suffer from Lupus among other conditions and i have stayed in multiple facilities and this place is the best in the Valley of The Sun!!!! If you are looking to choose a SNF for yourself or a loved one that cares about people and their success in getting well and trult taking care of people by taking care of all their needs the best way and in a loving friendly compassionate way this facility is the safest choice and the best take it fro an experienced patient.i feel so Blessed to have stay here while getting well.Thanks to everyone here at North Chandler Place may God Bless you all!!!!

NEVER take your loved one HERE. Horrible! My father walked in on a walker at 180# and left unable to walk at 130#. His property 'disappeared' and they sent him home covered in bruises in somebody else's clothes. He fell daily. Horrible people!

My father received exceptional care from the caregivers/staff while he was at North Chandler place formally Brookdale. The staff is compassionate and caring, they made sure all his needs were met, they are amazing! We consider ourselves lucky we had them at the time we needed them the most. Communication was almost on a daily basis. The facility was clean and meals were good.
