Very rude customer service, even though I had told them I had never been there, they still ran a check and brought 3 other individual's profiles to the agent interrupting our conversation where I had to verify I was not any of the individuals. Questioned my integrity, these individuals were from California even though I live in AZ

Pricey at almost 600.00 per month and THE priciest community in Mohave county but at least I don't hear barking dogs and loud cars. The best thing they have ever done here was to put former community manager Yolanda Erickson out to pasture as evidenced by 3 phone messages I left that went unanswered. She was only here to line her purse and sell, sell, sell and not here to address residents needs or concerns. But great neighbors and well kept landscaping make a beautiful place to live along with the abundant wildlife here such as quail, roadrunners, wild rabbits, and even wandering coyotes yipping away in the distance.
