I have walked into the facility and personally submitted requests both verbally and in writing to obtain medical records for a former resident to the office manager Jessica P. and it is now 2 years later and still no response...what needs to be done next? Is it lack of professionalism or just deliberate neglect?Is this how the establishment handles business?Dissatisfied former customer.
