Really awful post office. There is ALWAYS a wait in a slow moving line for very unenthusiastic customer service. I feel like I am inconveniencing them by needing postal service. Staff seems to hate their jobs. Mail gets put in the wrong boxes, and our neighbor's mailbox won't lock.

The two men that work there are two of the most disrespectful laziest people Ive ever seen in a working environment. Its a shame they still work there, if anyone smart was in charge they wouldnt be. Very disappointed with my first time going there. Will be my last

Yesterday I went in to request some documents to change my address. The gentleman that I spoke to was by the name of Stan. While waiting in line, he was helping someone else, and the way Stan was acting towards him was rude, disrespectful, and just flat out unprofessional. Then when he was done with him, I was seen by him, and I requested three change of address forms and he declined to get me any forms. My wife, literally had to come and try to get the forms. He was also rude and disrespectful to her as well. If I was able to give a negative star review I would. Definitely using off post from now.

The lady is so nice and helpful, but the other two mailmen that are working there are not. It's always an unnecessary hassle to send mail when those two are there. I don't have any problems with the other USPS post offices in the Fairbanks area, just the one on Fort Wainwright.

The lady that works at the counter is very nice but she seems so overworked. Nearly everytime I go in there are lines nearly to the door and she has to turn people away just so she can eat lunch
