PFC Gym

Recent changes include equipment for the ACFT, crowded in AM, lunch, and after dinner. Quiet in before closing, after lunch, and before lunch

This is a beautiful gym with state of the art equipment. Its kept clean and sanitized. I often see the employees cleaning. The check in folks are very friendly. The locker rooms are spacious and have a wet and a dry sauna. The female showers are open bay style mostly but there are 2 private showers as well. There is an ice rink and basketball court, racquetball court as well. They offer group fitness classes. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is sparse to no cellular internet coverage. So if you want to stream music while you workout or watch a show on the stair stepper, make sure you download before you go. I have AT&T so this may not be an issue with other providers. Also, in the summer, there doesnt appear to be AC and it gets so hot and muggy its almost unbearable. If I could offer some constructive criticism I would say to provide free WIFI (most gyms do) and add some more fans in the summer. Otherwise, its a great time.

They have a good number of cardio equipment but the weights and machines section fills up pretty fast if you come by during busy hours.
