I have been with Interim of Birmingham for almost 5 years now and I work as a PRN registered nurse. I really enjoy home health and there are always opportunities to improve your skill set and try different aspects of nursing. If there are certain things you prefer you can request those types of cases and being PRN is great at Interim because of the flexibility you have basically making your own schedule. You get to set up your appointments with the clients and if you have another job, children, etc, it's great because you can fit in visits in a way that works with your schedule.

The owners could not have been more understanding and professional in the approach they took when it came to taking care of my son. It wasnt just the service, but it was a comprehensive, and complete understanding of not only my sons needs, but how the care administered took all family members into consideration. Melissa explained that they demand and expect excellence from their employees and it was evident. The negative review I read compelled me to write this review, which I usually dont do. If it was from a disgruntled ex-employee, which thats what it sounds like, he/she obviously did not meet the high professional standards that Melissa demands from her employees. Its only those that meet those high standards that I would want in my house. Im so thankful Interim was referred to me by another previous client.
